Mikael Oscarsson

Mikael Oscarsson is a Swedish politician who has served as a Member of the Riksdag for Uppsala County since 1998. Representing the Christian Democratic Party, he has been a prominent member of the Committee on Defence since 2010, focusing on national security and the strengthening of the Swedish defense industry. Throughout his career, Oscarsson has been a vocal advocate for family values, human rights, and rural issues, notably spearheading the initiative to establish Raoul Wallenberg Day as a national memorial. Before his parliamentary career, he founded the organization Ja till Livet and has maintained a long-standing involvement with the Livets Ord community.
