Mike Cameron is an American politician and minister currently serving as a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives for District 1. Born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he spent his early years in Georgia and Tennessee before pursuing a career in the health insurance industry, where he worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee from 1982 until his retirement in 2014. In addition to his legislative duties, Cameron serves as a lay minister at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in East Ridge, Tennessee. He was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2020 after running unopposed.
