Mike Redondo is an American politician currently serving as a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives for the 118th district. Born in Miami to Cuban American parents, he earned a degree in finance from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Florida State University. Redondo was first elected in a 2023 special election and subsequently reelected in 2024. In 2025, he was selected by the House GOP freshman class to serve as Speaker for the 2030 term.
