Mike Sparks

Mike Sparks is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 49. Before his tenure in the state legislature, he served as a Rutherford County commissioner from 2002 to 2010 and was a member of the Smyrna Municipal Planning Committee. Outside of his political career, Sparks was an entrepreneur in the automotive industry and has authored several books on business and finance. In the legislature, he has focused on issues such as juvenile justice reform, notably introducing legislation to protect minors during interrogations.
