Miles Anderson

Miles Anderson is a New Zealand politician and farmer who has served as the Member of Parliament for Waitaki since the 2023 general election. Before entering politics, he managed a sheep farm and held significant leadership roles within Federated Farmers, including serving as the national chair of the Meat & Wool division. During his tenure with the organization, he was a prominent advocate for rural security and engaged in national policy discussions regarding firearm legislation. Upon his election to the House of Representatives, he leased out his family farm to focus on his parliamentary duties.
