Miloš Zeman

Miloš Zeman is a Czech politician who served as the third President of the Czech Republic from 2013 to 2023, and previously as Prime Minister from 1998 to 2002. A former leader of the Czech Social Democratic Party during the 1990s, he later founded the Party of Civic Rights – Zemanovci. His presidency was marked by significant political influence, controversy surrounding foreign policy stances toward Russia and China, and domestic polarization before he left office in 2023.
