Min-jung Ko

Min-jung Ko is a South Korean politician and former television announcer who currently serves as a member of the National Assembly for the Gwangjin-gu B constituency. Before entering politics, she worked as an announcer for the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) from 2004 to 2017. She gained prominence in the political sphere after joining the Democratic Party of Korea and serving as a spokesperson for the Moon Jae-in administration. Since her election to the National Assembly in 2020, she has been an active member of various committees, including the Science, ICT, Broadcasting, and Communications Committee and the Education Committee, and has held leadership roles within her party.
