Ümit Dikbayır is a Turkish politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly representing Sakarya. Born in 1968 in Hendek, Sakarya, he was a founding member and senior official of the İYİ Party, where he served as the head of financial affairs. Following his expulsion from the İYİ Party in December 2023 due to internal controversies regarding financial investigations, he joined the Republican People's Party (CHP) in October 2025. He is married and a father of two children.
