Hidehiro Mitani is a Japanese politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives for the Liberal Democratic Party, representing the Kanagawa 8th district. A graduate of the University of Tokyo and a former attorney at TMI Associates, he has held various government positions, including State Minister of Justice and Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
