Mohammed Badaru Abubakar is a Nigerian politician and industrialist who served as the Minister of Defence from August 2023 until his resignation in December 2025. He previously served as the Governor of Jigawa State from 2015 to 2023 and is the founder of the Talamiz Group conglomerate. He is also a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University.
