Mohammed Ziauddin Rizvi

Mohammed Ziauddin Rizvi is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly for the Sikanderpur constituency. First elected to the assembly, he previously served as the Minister of Panchayati Raj in the Uttar Pradesh government under Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav. Rizvi, who was born in 1959 in the Ballia district, secured his third term in the assembly following the 2022 state elections. Throughout his political career, he has been associated with the Samajwadi Party and has occasionally faced public controversy regarding his campaign rhetoric and internal party conduct.
