Moinul Islam Khan is a Bangladeshi politician and Member of the Jatiya Sangsad representing the Manikgonj-2 constituency. Affiliated with the Bangladesh Nationalist Party, he previously served in parliament for the now-defunct Manikganj-4 constituency following a by-election in May 2006 after the death of his father, Shamsul Islam Khan. He later won election to the 13th Jatiya Sangsad in the 2026 national elections.
