Hiroaki Kadoyama is a Japanese politician and lawyer serving as a member of the House of Representatives. Born in Yamaguchi Prefecture and raised in Chiba, he graduated from Chiba Prefectural Chiba High School and Chuo University's Faculty of Law. After passing the bar exam in 1990, he practiced as an attorney and led the Kadoyama Law Office. First elected to the Diet in 2012, he has served multiple terms and held government positions including State Minister of Justice and Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Justice. Politically, he is known for his conservative stances, supporting constitutional revision, the inclusion of the Self-Defense Forces in the Constitution, and the strengthening of national security policies. He is affiliated with several conservative groups, including the Japan Conference (Nippon Kaigi) parliamentary group.
