Monica Harding is a British Liberal Democrat politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Esher and Walton since 2024. Before entering politics, she had a distinguished career as a management consultant and executive, including roles as director of communications at the British Council and CEO of Refugees International Japan. In the 2024 general election, she made history as the first non-Conservative to represent her constituency in over a century. She currently serves as the Liberal Democrat spokesperson for International Development.
