Mounouna Foutsou

Mounouna Foutsou is a Cameroonian politician currently serving as the Minister of Youth and Civic Education, a position he has held since 2015. An engineer by training, he studied at the National Advanced School of Engineering in Yaoundé and the INSA Lyon in France, later earning a master's degree in economics. Before his ministerial career, he held various technical roles in urban planning and youth economic promotion. He is a member of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement and holds the rank of Grand Officer of the Order of Valour.
