Laurent Esso

Laurent Esso is a Cameroonian magistrate and statesman who has served as the Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals since 2011. A long-standing figure in the Cameroonian government, he has held various ministerial portfolios since 1996, including defense, public affairs, and foreign affairs. Educated at the University of Yaoundé and the National School of Administration and Magistracy, he began his career as a magistrate in 1969. Throughout his career, he has held significant positions within the presidency, including serving as a special advisor.
