Mudassar Hussain Kapur is a Norwegian politician who has served as a member of the Storting for Oslo since 2013. Born in 1976 to parents of Pakistani descent, he began his professional career in sales and marketing at Royal Dutch Shell before transitioning into politics. Kapur served on the Oslo city council and held the position of chair of the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs in the Storting from 2020 to 2021. In 2024, he was elected as the leader of the Conservative Party in Oslo.
