Muhammad Bakhtiar Wan Chik is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Balik Pulau since May 2018. A member of the People's Justice Party (PKR), he previously served as the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture from July 2018 until February 2020 during the Pakatan Harapan administration. He has been recognized for his public service with the title of Dato' and was a recipient of the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong Installation Medal in 2024.
