Mujiv Hataman

Mujiv Sabbihi Hataman is a Filipino politician and indigenous rights advocate from the Yakan people. He currently serves as the Governor of Basilan, having been elected in 2025. Previously, he was a prominent figure in the House of Representatives, serving as the representative for Basilan's lone district from 2019 to 2025 and as a House Deputy Speaker. He is also recognized for his tenure as the final regional governor of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) from 2011 to 2019, where he focused on reform programs and humanitarian initiatives.
