Mulu Makali is a Kenyan politician and economist serving as a Member of the National Assembly for Kitui Central. Before entering parliament, he worked as an economist with the Ministry of Planning and Finance, a monitoring and evaluation officer, and an independent consultant. He holds a PhD in Economics from Kenyatta University and has been a member of parliament since 2013.
