GULIYEV Musa Isa oglu

Musa Isa oglu Guliyev is an Azerbaijani politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan, representing the Third Ganja Constituency No 40. He holds a significant leadership role as the Chairman of the Labour and Social Policy Committee within the parliament. In addition to his legislative duties, he is active in international parliamentary diplomacy, serving as a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Co-operation and leading the working group for Azerbaijani-Kirghiz interparliamentary relations.
