Mustafa Bilici is a Turkish politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Born in 1969 in Muradiye, Van, he holds degrees in accounting and business administration from Atatürk University and Anadolu University. Before entering politics, he worked as a certified public accountant and financial advisor, and was a pioneer in establishing shopping centers in Van. Bilici previously served as a Member of Parliament for the Justice and Development Party during the 24th term. He later joined the Future Party, where he serves as the Head of Research, Development, and Informatics. In the 2023 general elections, he was elected as a deputy for Izmir representing the Republican People's Party, before returning to the Future Party and joining the Felicity Party parliamentary group. He is also a member of the Parliamentary Committee on National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy.
