Myung-ok Seo is a South Korean politician and medical doctor currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly, representing the Gangnam-gu Gap constituency. Before entering national politics, she built a career in public health, notably serving as the head of the Gangnam-gu Public Health Center and as the third president of the Korea Public Tissue Bank. A member of the People Power Party, she has been active in the Health and Welfare Committee and the Gender Equality and Family Committee, focusing on public health policy and administrative reform. She was elected to the National Assembly in 2024 through the party's citizen recommendation system.
