Gyu-taek Kwak is a South Korean politician and former prosecutor currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly, representing the Seo-gu and Dong-gu district of Busan. Before entering politics, he had a distinguished career in the legal field, serving as a prosecutor in various offices including the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office and the Ministry of Justice. A member of the conservative People Power Party, he has held several key party roles, including senior spokesperson and head of the legal advisory committee. He is the younger brother of film director Kwak Kyung-taek and producer Kwak Sin-ae.
