Dokuchaev Kharkiv National Agrarian University and the National Academy for Public Administration. Before entering national politics, he was a successful businessman in the agricultural sector and served as a deputy in the Kharkiv Regional Council. He is a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy and has been recognized with the Order of Merit, 3rd class, for his contributions to the agricultural industry.
