Тищенко, Николай Николаевич

Mykola Tyshchenko is a Ukrainian politician, restaurateur, and former television personality serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine for the 9th convocation. Originally a prominent businessman in the hospitality industry and a judge on the Ukrainian version of MasterChef, he entered politics in 2019 representing the Servant of the People party. His tenure has been marked by significant controversy, including allegations of corruption, violations of COVID-19 restrictions, and a 2024 criminal investigation regarding the assault and unlawful detention of a military veteran in Dnipro. Following these incidents and various scandals, he was excluded from his parliamentary faction.
