Naïma Moutchou

Naïma Moutchou is a French politician and lawyer currently serving as the Minister for Overseas Territories in the second government of Sébastien Lecornu. Born in 1980 in Ermont, she previously practiced business and media law before entering politics. Moutchou served as a member of the National Assembly for Val-d'Oise from 2017 to 2025, during which time she held the position of Vice-President of the National Assembly. A member of the Horizons party, she has been a prominent figure in parliamentary legal affairs and digital policy, briefly serving as Minister of the Transformation of Civil Service, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technology in 2025.
