Annie Genevard

Annie Genevard is a French politician currently serving as the Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty. A long-time member of the Les Républicains party, she previously served as the Mayor of Morteau from 2002 to 2017 and as a member of the National Assembly for the 5th constituency of Doubs. Throughout her career, she has held significant leadership roles within her party, including Secretary General and Vice-President of the National Assembly. Known for her conservative stances on education and local governance, she has been a prominent figure in French right-wing politics for over two decades.
