Nadezhda Neynsky is a Bulgarian politician and diplomat who currently serves as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Throughout her extensive career, she has held numerous high-level positions, including serving as a Member of the European Parliament from 2009 to 2014 and as Bulgaria's Ambassador to Turkey from 2015 to 2021. A former leader of the Union of Democratic Forces, she played a pivotal role in Bulgaria's integration into NATO and the European Union during her initial tenure as Foreign Minister from 1997 to 2001. Known for her pro-European stance, she has also been a prominent advocate for small and medium-sized enterprises across Europe.
