Наида Нишић

Naida Nišić is a Montenegrin politician currently serving as the Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Dialogue in the Government of Montenegro. A member of the Europe Now Movement, she assumed office on October 31, 2023, as part of the 44th cabinet led by Prime Minister Milojko Spajić. Nišić is recognized as a representative of a new generation of leaders, focusing her mandate on accelerating labor market reforms, improving social policy, and aligning Montenegro's standards with European Union requirements.
