Nancy Faeser

Nancy Faeser is a German lawyer and politician who has served as a member of the Bundestag for Hesse since March 2025. Previously, she served as the Federal Minister of the Interior and Community from 2021 to 2025 in the cabinet of Olaf Scholz. A long-time member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), she held a seat in the State Parliament of Hesse from 2003 to 2021 and led the party's parliamentary group in the state.
