Nasim Ali Shah is a Pakistani politician and Islamic scholar who currently serves as a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan. Elected in the 2024 general election from the NA-39 Bannu constituency as a PTI-affiliated independent, he achieved a historic victory by becoming the first non-JUI politician to represent the region since 1993. In addition to his legislative duties, he is a member of the Council of Islamic Ideology. Shah previously contested elections in 2013 and 2018 before securing his current seat.
