
Nasima Razmyar

Nasima Razmyar is a Finnish politician and a member of the Parliament of Finland. Born in Kabul, Afghanistan, she moved to Finland in 1993 and later became a dual citizen. Razmyar has been a prominent figure in Helsinki municipal politics, serving on the City Council since 2012 and previously holding the position of Deputy Mayor for culture and leisure. In 2010, she was recognized as the Finnish Refugee Woman of the Year for her contributions to society. She represents the Social Democratic Party and is known for her advocacy regarding social integration and cultural identity.
