Natalia Zaracho is an Argentine politician and activist who currently serves as a National Deputy in the Argentine Congress. Born in 1989 and raised in Villa Fiorito, she began her career as a cartonera, or street scrap collector, during the Argentine economic crisis. She later joined the Movimiento de Trabajadores Excluidos (MTE) to advocate for informal sector workers. Sworn in as a deputy in 2021, she is noted for being the first cartonera congresswoman and focuses her legislative agenda on social justice, poverty alleviation, and the implementation of a universal basic income.
