Natalio Dixon Wheatley is a British Virgin Islands politician who has served as the Premier of the British Virgin Islands since May 2022. A member of a prominent political family and grandson of former Chief Minister Willard Wheatley, he was first elected to the House of Assembly in 2019 representing the seventh district. He previously served as Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture. Wheatley assumed the premiership following a motion of no confidence against his predecessor, Andrew Fahie, and has been a vocal opponent of direct rule from London, advocating for local governance and economic sovereignty.
