Nathalie Bicais is a French politician and architect who served as the Mayor of La Seyne-sur-Mer from 2020 to 2025. An architect and sculptor by training, she began her political career as a municipal councilor in 1995 and later served as a departmental councilor for the Var. Known for her focus on urban planning and heritage preservation, she was elected mayor in 2020, becoming the first woman to hold the office in the city's history. Her tenure ended in 2025 following a legal conviction for conflict of interest, which resulted in her ineligibility for public office.
