Neelam Pahalwan

Neelam Pahalwan is an Indian politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party and a Member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly representing the Najafgarh constituency. Winning the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections, she made history as the first woman MLA from Najafgarh. Since taking office, she has notably proposed renaming Najafgarh to Nahargarh citing historical reasons. She holds a Master of Arts in English.
