Neeraj Basoya is an Indian politician affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party. He was elected as a Member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly representing the Kasturba Nagar constituency in 2008 and again in 2025. Previously a member of the Indian National Congress, he resigned from the party in May 2024 alongside other leaders due to their opposition to the Congress alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party before subsequently joining the BJP.
