Neophytos Charalambides

Neophytos Charalambides is the Minister of Health of the Republic of Cyprus and Vice President of the Democratic Party (DIKO). Born in Limassol, he is a lawyer by trade, holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), a Master of Laws (LL.M), and qualification as a Barrister-at-Law from Gray’s Inn. Prior to joining the government cabinet in December 2025, he served as a Limassol city councillor for DIKO starting in 2011.
