Ngô Hoàng Ngân

Ngo Hoang Ngan is a Vietnamese politician and business executive serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Vietnam for the 15th term representing Quang Ninh province, as well as Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin). He has a background in mining engineering and has held leadership roles in Quang Ninh including Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Party Secretary of Mong Cai. Throughout his career, he has balanced extensive experience in the state mining sector with local party governance and parliamentary duties.
