Nguyễn Trần Phượng Trân

Nguyen Tran Phuong Tran is a Vietnamese politician serving as a Member of the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam and Deputy Head of the Specialized National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City. Born in 1976 in Lam Dong province, she has built an extensive career in local administration and social organizations, previously holding leadership roles such as Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union and Party Committee Secretary of Tam Binh ward. She holds a master's degree in Party Building and State Administration alongside advanced political theory qualifications.
