Nguyễn Xuân Thắng

Nguyễn Xuân Thắng is a Vietnamese politician and economist currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Vietnam and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council for the 2026–2031 term. He has held high-ranking positions within the Communist Party of Vietnam, including Member of the Politburo of the 13th National Congress, Secretary of the Central Committee of the 12th National Congress, and Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. A professor and doctor of economics, his career spans extensive academic leadership, research in international economics, and senior theoretical and policy roles within the Vietnamese government.
