Nguyễn Đắc Vinh

Nguyen Dac Vinh is a prominent Vietnamese politician and scientist who serves as a Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Chairman of the Committee on Culture and Social Affairs of the National Assembly. He has built an extensive career in political and youth leadership, having previously served as First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, and Deputy Chief of Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party.
