Nguyễn Minh Đức

Nguyen Minh Duc is a Vietnamese politician, Lieutenant General in the Vietnam People's Public Security, and a member of the National Assembly of Vietnam. Serving as Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs, he represents Ho Chi Minh City. He has a distinguished academic and law enforcement background, holding a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law and a professorship in Security Sciences, and previously served as Director of the Police Science Institute at the People's Police Academy.
