Nguyễn Văn Riễn

Nguyen Van Rien is a Vietnamese Catholic priest and politician currently serving as a Deputy to the National Assembly of Vietnam for the 16th tenure. Born in 1955 in Thai Binh province, he was ordained as a priest in 1987 and has dedicated much of his career to pastoral work in Binh Duong province. Beyond his religious duties as a parish priest, he is actively involved in social welfare, including the development of local infrastructure, housing for the needy, and educational scholarship programs. He has served as a member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Committee for Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics in Binh Duong, reflecting his commitment to community development and national unity.
