Nico Morast

Nico Morast is a German politician serving as the Lord Mayor of Bretten since October 2024. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he previously served as the Mayor of Massenbachhausen from 2011 to 2024. Morast holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Economics from the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Mannheim. Throughout his career, he has been active in local government, including serving as the chairman of the CDU faction in the Heilbronn district council since 2019.
