Nicola Fratoianni

Nicola Fratoianni is an Italian politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies and as the national secretary of the Italian Left. A long-time figure in the Italian radical left, he began his political career in the Communist Refoundation Party and later played a key role in the formation of Left Ecology Freedom. Fratoianni is known for his advocacy of social justice, environmental protection, and labor rights, including proposals for a minimum wage and reduced working hours. He currently co-leads the Greens and Left Alliance, maintaining a consistent stance against austerity and the privatization of public services.
