Nikitas Kaklamanis is a Greek politician and physician who has served as the President of the Hellenic Parliament since 2025. A long-standing member of the New Democracy party, he has represented the Athens A constituency in the Hellenic Parliament for multiple terms since 1990. His extensive career includes serving as the Minister of Health and Social Solidarity from 2004 to 2006, Mayor of Athens from 2007 to 2010, and a member of the European Parliament. Before entering politics, he worked as a radiation therapist at Aretaio Hospital.
