Nikolas Papadopoulos is a Greek Cypriot lawyer and politician who has served as a Member of the House of Representatives for Nicosia since 2006. He has led the centrist Democratic Party (DIKO) since 2013 and currently chairs the parliamentary Committee on Finance and Budget. The son of former President Tassos Papadopoulos, he previously worked as a lawyer at his family's firm and was active in student politics while studying at University College London. Throughout his career, he has been a prominent voice in Cypriot politics, often advocating for distinct national positions regarding the Cyprus dispute.
