Nina Heidt-Sommer

Nina Heidt-Sommer is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Hesse, representing the Social Democratic Party (SPD). A trained primary school teacher, she has been active in local politics in Gießen since 2011 and serves as a deputy parliamentary group leader in the state legislature. Her political focus includes education, cultural policy, and religious affairs. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she is deeply involved in trade union work through the Education and Science Workers' Union (GEW).
